Mary Stork trained at the West of England Academy and at the Slade School of Art in London. After a great deal of early success she stopped painting, largely in order to raise her family.
In 1985 she returned to painting and since then has become widely appreciated and her paintings can be found in many collections throughout the world, both corporate and private.
Mary is particularly well known for her studies of the female form. She is a member of the Newlyn and the Penwith Society of Artists. Thomas Henry Fine Art has been pleased to represent Mary in our shows and we have been exhibiting her work regularly at various art fairs as well as in London and, more recently at our nantucket Island gallery in the USA.
